CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I DON’T LIKE?
Well, for more information on what you can and can not return kindly check our return policy available in all our stores. It is advisable to make sure all your items are what you want before you pay for them.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE DRESS I LIKE IS NOT IN MY SIZE?
Oh that’s a shame, but fear not. Kindly talk to any of our staff who will direct you to the counter where your information would be taken. This is so that we can inform you as soon as we get a new stock with your size available.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM I BOUGHT FOR ANOTHER?
Yes you can! As long as the item wasn’t on sale you can easily exchange it for another in our store. Also note that if the item you desire to exchange for another costs less that the new one, you would have to pay an additional amount to meet up the price.

HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept debit or credit cards, as well as PayPal. We however do not do bank transfers, crypto, cash or gift cards.

CAN I ORDER FROM MY PHONE
Yes you can! Kindly place a call across to us and tell us what you need. We will happily shop for you and get your order ready for pick up. We would ship all your items to your location but that may include additional charges.
